What's great about it: Great sound for music and perfect for hands free phone use
What's not so great: Takes a little getting used to the way it sits on your neck
This is the perfect blend of earbuds and hands free Bluetooth device. I like to use earbuds for comfort and sound quality, but I also wanted an easy to use hands free device to use for conference calls, and for talking on the phone in the car (with only 1 earbud in for safety.) This is the perfect solution! It may take a day or so to get used to it sitting on your neck and way the wires hang, but I wouldn't say it's uncomfortable, it is just something I wasn't used to. Give it a day or two and you'll forget it's there.

increase volumn

I just recently purchased the LG HBS 750 headset and I have pressed the volume control button but still can hardly hear the sounds. When I was at the store I explained to the sales person that I was looking for blue tooth headset to where on a plane. How can I increase the sound
Make sure the volume on your phone/device is turned up all the way. It seems to me that the LG HBS 750 only changes the volume a slight amount from where the device it's plugged into is set.
