Is this good for a college student?

I am going to college next year and I am looking for a laptop. My school just bought new chromebooks for the students, and I liked the system. I am concerned that this will system will not be compatible with my classes. Any suggestions?
I would think this would be a great compute for a students. Easy to carry around and take notes while in class. for not being compatible that depends on what you are going to go to school for. I use Google docs for Documents and Spreadsheets. You can also do power points and drawing in Google Drive. It does take some time to get use to using Google Docs over Microsoft. Is a basic word processor and spreadsheet. Hope this info helps.

Ethernet port?

Does this have an RJ-45 Ethernet port?
NO this only has a HDMI, 2x USBs, Headphone jack, and SD card slot
