as flash drives capacity gets larger and files placed on the drives get larger, the norm should be USB3.0 now, but for this 16GB USB2.0 is perfectly fine.

the physical size is small and no cap to loose with the sliding protective sleeve.

things i didn't like where that there is no indicator light and the part that connects into the USB port of the computer is plastic.

if you attach & detach frequently the plastic construction should be a concern, otherwise with it likely having the lowest cost in it's category i feel it's a good value.

I would recommend this to a friend!

I cannot copy a 8 gb video from my Mac hard drive to the PNY flash drive???

check what file system the flash drive formatted as. it is likely formatted as FAT16 which limit each file to 4GB. if so, you'll need to reformat it to file system that can handle large files. in Windows OS you can format the flash drive to NTFS or exFAT which can hold much larger file sizes. i think the Mac will have exFAT but not the NTFS format.

do note that reformatting will erase any existing files on the drive, and make sure you are formatting the flash drive and not the computer's drive!
