Quite easy setup and sound quality is decent for a small speaker. The downloaded software works good with all of my devices (multiple MS Surface Pros, a desktop pc, multiple android phones). I have both my music and my wife's (90Gb+ in two files) on a NAS and play from that with this speaker controlled from any of the devices mentioned, works flawlessly. I don't use any of the online music services so I can't offer an opinion on that. This replaced a Bose Bluetooth speaker and is much easier to connect to and control with multiple devices. The only downside is I am now considering adding additional speakers in different rooms.

Don't make the mistake of getting the USB 3.0 cable if you are concerned with speed. This one works at the higher 3.1 speeds

I bought this to connect my Sony XBR-900b TV and the Bose QC-35 series 1 Bluetooth headphones. Works great, no stuttering or cut out, very minimum voice lag (hardly noticeable). My wife 's hearing is degrading so it's usually crank the volume up which is to high for me or have closed captioning on obscuring the screen. This solves the problem, she can have her volume as high as she likes and I can listen at moderate volume using the TV speakers. Have not tried it with 2 Bluetooth headphones at the same time yet. So far very pleased.

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Hard to find a good case/sleeve that will hold the pen and charger with the tablet
I bought the 256 Gb 8 MB Ram version of the Surface 2 Pro, this is my review from a photographers perspective.
Having used various Windows and Mac laptops and tablets along with assembling my own desktops over the years I can say the Surface is an ideal laptop/desktop replacement for me. My wife needed a replacement for a laptop that I handed down to her so I got her a Surface 2 non Pro version so I could try it out before committing to getting the Pro for myself because I was so apprehensive about moving from Windows 7 to the Windows 8 OS after looking at it in stores and reading how much most people hated it. After using the Surface 2 that I got my wife and getting used to the RT OS I had to say I was impressed and with Windows 8.1 on the Surface Pro I get back to more familiar territory and functionality for my use. Although the Pro is thicker and heavier that the RT version I don’t find it objectionable considering this is a desktop computer replacement for me and is still lighter/smaller than a laptop.
Now that I’ve had the Surface Pro for 2 months now I’m still impressed. I can sit on the couch in the living room and browse the web, check emails then when I go out in the field or the studio I can plug it into my camera to use it as a live view focusing aid (10” screen instead of the 3” on the camera), control the camera functions with it, have the photos transferred to it without a glitch, be able to review the photos and even make edits or compile panoramas on the spot . I have the complete version of Photoshop CS6 , Nikon’s CNX2, Nik-Google plug-ins, MS Office + much more on it so when I get back home I can set it in the Surface dock and process/edit the photos on a 27” wide gamut monitor. It all works seamlessly. I’m not easily impressed and as much as I was impressed initially with this little beauty. After 2 months my opinion is even better. It’s so much more than a tablet.
I have had zero problems with it so far.
It’s fast (boot up and processing) I had my trepidations regarding an i5 processor, not now. This will handle 90%+ of what I throw at it. I will still keep a desktop around for heavy lifting the really big panorama composites require but from now on the Surface is the go to machine.
Battery life is excellent, I get a whole day (3-6 hrs) in the field + an additional 3-6 hrs at home before it needs to be recharged or put in the dock.
The screen is excellent. I’ve used i-Pads with the Retina screens, not that much discernable difference. I’m not a MS or Apple fan boy I just use what works for me.
I haven’t bothered color calibrating the screen since I do my critical editing with the large monitor. The colors on the Surface screen are pretty good out of the box without any adjustment, a little on the bright side but this works better outside for my ageing eyes.
The on board camera isn’t that bad and actually comes in handy at times but won’t replace a full frame 36 Mp sensor.
I find I’m more productive now, carrying less around, accomplishing more in the field.

CPU very important about spec

it says CPU about Intel® 4th Generation Core™ i5.

But i have to make sure that it is i5-4200u or 4300u.

I ordered surface pro 2 128gb, but it was i5-4200u . it was not upgreaded version.
All the current ones ship with the 4300u processor, the lot number on the box is the date it was produced. Mine was lot # 1401 and it had the newer 4300u processor.
