sister loves the laptop as way faster and more stable compared to her netbooks and old laptop that started failing after 9 months of use (after warranties expire)

What's great about it: speed
What's not so great: few flaws
had the phone for about 2 months
so far havent had any real issues
minor annoyance is that sometimes camera wont load without a restart of phone
restart time is clocked at under 45 seconds
some users have issues with battery life
but i get 2-3 days in battery life, if follow instructions on exiting apps you get longer battery life
did love 2 days after receiving phone that it upgraded to the android 4.2 (jellybean) os
phone is much faster than any other phone i have used
only design feature i would have added is a phone strap hole
as i strap my phone to my belt loop so i dont lose it or drop it
thankfully the snap on case for phone has the feature

can a making recovry cd

incase of in futer using recovry cd
laptop comes with external dvd burner
though windows 8.1 is setup where truly you do not need a external dvd to reinstall the operating system
you go through the system recovery due to the uefi in the motherboard
