I have more than one of these drives and I use them to store media files on which I have connected to a router for network access. Western Digital has really stood out to be a good hard drive company. Although, I would not recommend or buy WD Purple and WD Red Drives as they are slow on performance due to 5400 rpm speeds.

The ability to use two monitors with this card is a good reason that It is a great video card for the price. I would suggest this video card to people that need or want to use two monitors side by side. If you are looking for a graphics card to utilize photoshop or cad specific software, I would look for a more expensive card with more ram.

I am in technolgy in the entertainment industry and I can attest to the line of portable / external drives from Western Digital. I have owned other drives that have crashed on me. I have been fortunate that the drives I have bought from Western Digital have stood the test of time and not crashed, knock on wood. I will continue to purchase WD drives. I also like the small size.

I recently moved and thought I would give the Netgear Cable/Modem Router a try. Had a few issues so I returned it and purchased this Modem. I found it works much better to seperate the two. I use a Netgear R7000 Router with the Arris Motorola Modem. In my previous residence I had a Motorola Surboard SBG6580 that lasted over two years until I moved an bought a faster one. Could not be happier with this modem and the speeds we receive from TimeWarner Cable.

If you want a beautiful more immersive picture, this is your TV. I am a big fan of the Samsung TV's The Smart Hub programming that is built into these is second to none. The competition does not come close. The only TV's out there that compare in picture quality in my opinion, are the LG TV's. I work in the entertainment industry and watch a lot of movies and shows that are up for consideration and I cannot be happier than spending my time watching this TV. You will be very happy with this purchase. If you ask yourself, what do I need with a 3D TV? The answer is simple. When buying a 3D TV, what you are buying is the best 2D set you can get. 3D is just a bonus. I have it mount4ed on the wall and it looks great. Enjoy your new TV :-)

I am network consultant and these powerline adapters from Netgear have only improved over time. This new powerline adapters give you the ability to have more that just one device on your network. You can have up to 16 devices in your house or office connected through a network bridge which is running the signal over the electrical wires in the house. We have in our house a 300 Mb connection from Time Warner and everything sees high speeds. We no longer have a buffering problem with online video streaming that we had with our wireless blu-ray player and our smart tv's. If you are looking for a new way to network your house or office without having to run cat-5 cable, this option will work great for you. I also recommend these to my clients. We have two Samsung TV's in the house. A 63" and a 64" 3D Plasma. We bought this as a replacement TV for our kitchen. The picture is great even 10 feet away. We are very happy with Samsung products and the Smart Hub Features in the TV are second to none. I will continue to recommend Samsung to all my friends.

Machine is working like a charm and I have suggested this computer to other clients as well. It has everything you need to accomplish most any task you want to do. If you want to focus on Video Editing or CAD, I suggest going with an Intel i7 processor just for the horsepower.

I like Samsung products over the competitors. The main reason is the Smart Hub with all the selections Samsung gives you at your disposal to use. I bought this one specifically so that I may play files such as movies, music and photos from a flash drive. It has all the codecs built in that can play all of today's popular files. I would suggest this hands down over all other Blu-ray players.

With a Serial ATA interface, this WD Blue WD10EZEXSP internal hard drive easily connects to your PC or Mac. The 1TB capacity offers ample space to house important files, such as pictures, videos and music.
what hard drive replacement would i need for my hp touch smart pc? (750mg)
If you can swing a little more money, I would recommend going with a solid state drive (SSD). They are much faster and have no moving parts.

What's the main difference between this one and the 6500 6700 models?
I keep being told that, unless you get the 9000 model, it's not worth the investment. The 6500 or 6700 are cheaper because there is no real difference from a regular HD tv. Is this true? Explain why not?
You are buying older technology if you buy the lower models. The 9000 series has a nano crystal display. The lower models are UHD, not SUHD. The 9000 series also comes with a U Connect cable that comes down to an expansion box for your HDMI components to plug into. These boxes can then be updated down the road to newer technology for roughly $250.00 rather than buying a new TV. The difference in price between these TV's is about $200.00 from what I can see on Bestbuy's website. Once you get the 9000 series TV, you will be very happy with the purchase. Go in a store and compare the two, you will see the difference. You can also take advantage of a lot of shows and films streaming on Netflix in 4K. Hope this helps.

Anyone mount the JS9000 on a wall? If so any caveats on mounting? Best bracket to use? Thanks!
I mounted it on the wall with a Sanus full motion mount. The TV looks great on the wall. Could not be happier.

Would it be beneficial to have Powerline adapter as well as wifi range extender?
We have wifi dead zones in our house. We have a single story home, 2000 sq ft, on 1 acre. The family room and back office are weak wifi signals. Even though family room is adjacent to room where router is located, it typically gets only one bar. I can't utilize iPad / iPhone functionality or AV receiver / smart TV capability, such as streaming movies. I am looking at getting this product to connect to the AV receiver as well as Netgear NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Gigabit Wi-Fi Range Extender Model: EX7000-100NAS, to help extend the wifi throughout the house.
Would both products be needed?

Are different speed powerline adapters(200, 500, now 1200) compatible?
Yes, there are. Nowadays, you are better off to purchase the Powerline 1200 adapters rather than the 500 speed. The difference in price today is less than $5.00 for the pair at Bestbuy. The Powerline 1200 adapters give you the ability to have more than two plugged in to the walls around the house. I have four that are plugged in. One to the router, two of them to Samsung Smart TV's for online streaming and one to a Canon Photo Printer. All work well with no buffer problems. You can have multiple devices with the Powerline 1200 adapters. The earlier models you cannot. Hope this helps.

Double layer
Is this player compatible with double layer DVD disc. Also does it play videos from a flash drive, such as formats mov, mkv, mpeg, avi...
I have played these formats on this player except for avi files. It is best to convert your avi files to mp4 files and then the player will play them.

Either call PNY or a company like SanDisk. They are very good at data retrieval and software you can download to get data from dead volumes
