I can't say enough good about this dryer. It's quiet and it's fast. The clothes were finished so fast that I thought something was wrong. They were dry but not hot to the touch when I removed them from the dryer. I'm loving the wrinkle guard. I used to have that years ago and it was wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How can you open the door when it is locked ?

I was told when I purchased the dryer that it must be stopped prior to opening it. If you try to open it while it is running, you will break it and it will need to be repaired. You can pause the dryer if in mid cycle. I hope this helps.
