Was very easy to install, quicker than I thought. Response time for writing DVD's was very quick and so easy. Used Roxio NXT 5 to write with, was just easy as pie. Didn't even have to use a screwdriver to install.

This software prepares even the newest of novices in the sometimes difficult procedure of clone/copy your laptop Boot drive, especially if you need to go to either a larger or smaller boot drive. Going to an SSD drive to garner a MUCH faster boot time and transfer speeds. What about durability, and reliance of a period of time. Is it junk, or good. I have a Western Digital ED, but I want something with more capacity, but I don't want to give up value, for space. Just get another WD, or is this as good ?
This unit has much better value. As for reliance it has a very high MTBF ( mean Time Before Failure ) comparable to Desktop hard drives. The biggest plus is that it has all the durability and capacity you should need unless you are a rocket scientist, but even then its pretty useful.

HI. I DO need an external hard drive to store tons of photos, videos and audio on. My confusion is: If this will be my back up drive, why do I need my back up to "back up"? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having enough memory for storage? Thanks!
If your back-up is stored on disks or an extra drive in your desktop that means you really don't have the portability you really want or even need.
With this pocket-able portable, you only have to plug it into ANY USB equipped desktop or Laptop to retrieve whatever you need.

What's warranty of this phone?
If you bought Galaxy new it will have the Manufacturer's warranty (I believe its 1 year). I was advised that if you have an unlocked phone you cannot get either a warranty or extended warranty. You may have to search the internet for companies that will give coverage for an unlocked phone. (spoiler, its expensive wherever you go for unlocked phones).
If its not unlocked and its new within 30 days you can try Square Trade.

Can I insert my Sim from my AT&T S4 and have it work?
I do believe it will work, just go to your AT&T store they can help you. You must have service with AT&T for it to work.

how can I unlock my Samsung Galaxy
I would say to use Google Search or Search with YouTube, there are many choices to help you most are fairly reasonable.

Can I use an SD card on this phone for more memory?
Yes with this phone it is capable to use a 200GB Micro SD chip, I had trouble finding a 200GB but works well with a 128GB chip which was readily available at the ATT&T store.
