It's great quality, second one I owned and knew it was great quality before buying it again, definitely glad to see it's cheaper now than it was a few years ago and they last a long time. You can't go wrong with this and Logitech definitely knows their stuff.

Do these continue to randomly turn off when charging?

I see that the largest problem with these seems to be that they randomly turn off throughout their lifespan. Does this occur still when they are plugged in and charging, or do they only cut off when they are not plugged in? I know my Astro A50s will turn off if they do not detect sound after a minute or 2.

I had that issue after three years of owning it, but they're perfectly fine as long as you keep it plugged in, even rechargeable batteries stop charging at some point.

Can I use my warranty at the store?

Can I got to the store to get my headset fixed/repaired. My headset USB fell off my desk at broke but i managed to get it somewhat working but then my headset stopped charging and also it would disconnect like every minute when its not plugged in.

If you still got warranty they might replace it, they're pretty good about that.
