What's not so great: can't always save data
was able to remove current viruses and speed up computer, also good for 3 computers, repaired older computer and only charged for part needed, not charged to install part or install software

What's great about it: does all i needed , good price
What's not so great: ok
basic laptop that does what I need at home, has windows 8, taking awhile to learn all the functions but seems to process ok , webroot seems to let me browse hassle free, does warn me if a site is considered unsafe, and not too many pop ups

May I buy geek squad protection plan for my TV even though I didn't purchase the TV at Best Buy?
