What's great about it: Ability to manipulate mouse easily through spreadsheets
What's not so great: Have to replace it about every two years
I love this wireless mouse because it's so easy to use with spreadsheets and other more detailed oriented type of documents. This is my fourth one only because they wear out after about two years so I have to replace it. I wish they would last longer but I haven't found another company that makes this mouse.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Touch screen
What's not so great: Windows 8.1
This computer is nice but I dislike the fact that you do't have a real manual to refer to when you are trying to learn something. Instead they have training videos. It also came with Windows 8.1 which is NOT user friendly and I struggle to try and maneuver around the programs to achieve what use to take me a few minutes and now takes me 1/2 hour or more. The graphics are good, sound decent but the loss of media player and some other programs I really like are non-existent in this system. I miss my old PC and wish they would have given me a choice of which operating system I wanted.
This product is... A touch pad that works great, Big screen size, A nice compact size

What's great about it: Quick, simple to set up and use
What's not so great: the updates seem to be too frequent
I was researching BluRay DVD players and my friend told me about this LG and said she absolutely loved it. They have had theirs a few years and NEVER had any problems unlike other brands they previously had. Best Buy had a fantastic deal on this so after reading the reviews I decided to purchase it. My husband who is not tech savy was able to set it up and use it immediately. We love the quality of the picture and the ease of using it. We also like the small size of the machine unlike our conventional non blu ray that was very large and took up so much space. We also like the versatility of the other features such as viewing photos, movies thru Netflix etc. I highly recommend this item. It is wonderful. We literally do watch movies with ease.

Manual

I opened my Box and had the computer, power cord and battery, a warranty booklet another piece of paper and some discount booklet for an HP photo collage. I did not receive an owners manual. I bought it brand new and it was sealed. Could this be a return or did they stop shipping with the windows manual? I watched some unboxing videos on youtube and two of them had the manual and 1 did not. The one that did not was a newer video so I am wondering if they stopped sending it. I just want to make sure I didnt buy a used one.
We received a quick set up booklet but the manual is on a flash drive not a book like you use to get. For most of the questions you may have you will have to go online to get the answer. We didn't like the fact that we didn't have access to a manual unless we popped the flash drive in and then search for what we were looking for. We aren't happy that computer companies are trying to save a lot of money by not offering a paper booklet.
