What can I say about these cables? They are coaxial cables with F connectors on each end. They are no better or worse than any other cables I have used. I needed cables and this is what they had.

This router is easy to set up and use. I had no problems getting it to work with my devices. It has very fast wifi including 5Ghz. The range could be a little better though.

How to hook up?

My apartment complex just got internet service for all of the apartments.According to the apartment manager I don't need an internet modem. All I have to do is plug my desk top computer into the internet outlet that was installed in my apartment. In this case how would I go about hooking up this Belkin Wireless Router to my internet service?
The same way you would pug in your computer. Use a network cable to plug into the outlet and then plug your hardwired devices into the other ports or use the wifi.

Can this cable be ran along the roof on shingles or is that too hot? I live in Florida. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simple answer, yes. Best answer, I would not do it, I would run it under the eaves instead.
