I normally don't pick up any portable speakers but I needed something that would fit in my camera bag easily but would still do its job. The only problem I have had so far is that a few days after I purchased the speaker I used it at a friends house where the battery died, the next morning when trying to charge it back up the indicator just flashed red and wouldn't charge. I called BOSE to go through the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked they said they would happily replace it or I could take it back to best buy and get a new one there which is what I did. Anyway you can't go wrong with this product, it is a bit expensive but the BOSE Soundlink mini makes up for it in crisp clear sound and incredible bass for its size, especially indoors. Great purchase all-around.

My battery red light is flashing non stop, too?

My sound dock mini has been plugged in for over 6 hours now and won't stop flashing the battery light red. It also won't play any music, even though it is still plugged in? I know Bose gave a technical support number for those in America, but I'm in Canada. Mine is also only two weeks old? What to do?
Mine did the exact same thing a few days after I bought it try the reset by holding the mute button for 10 seconds if that doesn't work the next step would be to exchange it at the store that's what the people at BOSE told me to do.
