I have only had this for about a month. It replaces an old and a little smaller GE microwave which never gave me any trouble, so I wanted to stay with the same brand. It has features I haven't learned how to use yet, but has heated food and popped corn to my expectations. it is a little more efficient than my previous microwave. The only reason I gave it a "good" rating rather than "excellent" is because I haven't used it enough yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

is the viewing window in the door made or plastic or glass?
The viewing window in the one I have is plastic.
