Good sound, very clear. Other end hears clearly as well. Other than when using on the left ear the mute button is easy to hit and the ear pieces can be finicky when in the ear. Battery life is all day if used hard,

easy to set up, easy to use, the app is decent, works well it ifttt. Google assistant makes the switch easy to use.
2 issues to be aware of. If you set a timer IE: on at 8PM off at 6AM, it only works as a toggle it has no memory, if it is on it will turn it off, if off it will turn it on. You have set it and forget it otherwise it will get off schedule.
The second issue is that it will only work on wifi if used through the app or assistant. So if you have a timer set and no wifi it will not work. The button still works though

I have a few of these and they are solid. However they have a tendency to just go bad. They are not made for long term use. I usually get about 2 years. If you switch them out a lot they go bad faster. Just a warning, they are a good product.

Will this device announce the caller's NAME if it's in my phone's contacts, instead of the caller's phone number?
Yes. it does on both my phones. Sometimes it's weird with pronunciations, I have PR (the initials of a town) and it pronounces it Puerto Rico. It works better with the latest firmware
