Nice little camera. Only fault was the battery indicator showed full all the way until the battery was dead. It was irritating, but I had an extra battery so not the end of the world.

Can this adapter change rate from 110v to 220v?
No, it is not a transformer. It is an adapter. If you have electronics like an electric shaver, or lap top or battery charger, they should work fine as those devices are designed to charge off of either voltage. Look at what you are charging and it should say if you can. Do not however use this as a transformer, or you will hurt other devices that do not run on both voltages.

Yes, the adapter will work in England. It has the large 3 prong plugs that are common in England.

Will his adapter work in Bhutan and Nepal?
This adapter should work everywhere. There is a list of places that it works, and honestly, I was quite surprised at all the places.
