What's great about it: Useful and Windows 8 is not that bad.
What's not so great: As loud as my PS3.
Overall I would say this is a good purchase for the price. Plus unlike the all-in-one computers if the monitor goes blank you are not left out in the cold.
This product is... Inputs which I need, A nice compact size, Attractive design, easy to set up, Noisy, Sharp graphics

Is it possible to order this computer with windows 7 operating system?

No, Windows 7 is being phased out. If you want you can always download a program called ClassicShell which is a way to get your start button back on the task bar.
