My only issue was during setup the HDMI inputs kept shifting to my Amazon FireStick. Something to do with the TV automatically trying to change inputs and my firestick was always on. After disabling that 'feature' the TV works perfect. Excellent picture. Android TV is a great addition I could quickly add my Amazon and Neflix accounts. Sound is weak, but that's expected on these TV's get a soundbar or real speakers instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The adapter was a little strange an the cord is longer than I would have liked (plenty of extra). Overall it's a solid headset. Doesn't sit as comfortable as my expensive headsets, but the microphone is good, and the sound is pretty good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

can you tilt left or right with the supplied stand or is it fixed?

The stand is fixed, You cannot adjust the angle/tilt.

what is the difference between this and the 700D model that is $100 less

This model has a slightly better backlight and has a voice remote. Inspecting both at the store I found this model had slightly better 'darks' but only slightly. Up to you if it's worth the price difference.

will it work with the xbox one , sorry if this is a dumb question

plz answer quick include details if you can
Partially, you can plug in the audio portion of the headset into your Xbox One controller to get audio on the headset. I could not get the microphone to work via the USB adapter and there is no microphone 3.5mm jack on the XBoxone or it's controller. Hope this helps
