I'm a personal trainer, and one thing we look for are tools that allow us to get the maximum benefit out of the smallest devices available. Especially when we train on the go. I own all types of systems, from Bodylastics band systems to TRX, etc.
The Gorilla Bow is a great edition to my arsenal. When I first opened I was surprised of the material. I expected hard plastic, but it is more of a heady duty matte steal. Quite solid.
One issue I had with other systems is the lack of a comfortable "bar" for use in squats, presses and certain rows. The handles have their uses, but a solid bar is sometimes preferable. The bow shape is great for that. It gives different grips, a comfortable squat position on the shoulders, and the width of the bow allows great tension for deadlifts.
The bands are on par with other systems in terms of stretch and durability. While loading these can be a chore(heavy bands) at first, it becomes fairly seamless once you get the hang of it.
While they tout this as portable, it's not as simple as just tossing it into a backpack and catching a flight. When taken apart, each piece is at least a foot and a half long and have a bit of weight to them. I can throw it into a duffel for on the go, but on a short trip, I may be more likely to grab the Bodylastics for the best portability. That doesn't detract from the rating, just letting you know it's portable, but to a certain degree.
You can absolutely get a full body workout, and if you play with weight/tempo, even the most athletic can get a good "lift."
I would have liked a better bag for the entire system, but the only bag provided is for the bands.
So, in short, great system that lives up to the hype. Basic, effective movements. If you combine it with other outside pieces(door anchor, etc.) you can take it to the next level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Admittedly, this review is kind of shallow as the real "results" can't be measured until the multi-week course is complete. But, so far, this looks great. My wife has always had trouble falling/staying asleep while still feeling sluggish throughout the day. This is NOT a miracle bullet for that. This is a sort of a workout regimen for sleep helping to establish new habits/patterns for better. Just like working out, it needs commitment to measure and establish your road map.
The interface is easy to use, and once her Fitbit was connected, it really laid out the truth about her patterns. I'm with her on this journey, but with what we've done so far, it has been helpful in guiding her in the right direction.
So, the rating is based on the limited use, the great interface, and the exercise usefulness thus far. Happy sleeping.

I've been waiting for a printer like this for a long time as a Kinko's run isn't always available. The prints come out crisp, and the speed is better than I expected for a mobile unit.
I was worried about using this without Wi-fi, but the Wi-fi direct works really well...once you get past the set-up.
I can see ink life being an issue., but that would only be if this is your main printer, which it shouldn't be.
I would have liked a case/bag of some sort, but that's menial.
In short, I can now print out on-the-spot created documents for my clients and print them immediately. Yes, email is still great, but some people prefer having something tangible. This has been the best solution to do that. Especially for convenience. Great product.
I can't speak on the battery life, but I haven't needed to charge it much since using.
Just another FYI use, this was great for printing quick Crayola pictures for my daughter to color. Crisis averted. :-)

The feature I am looking for is extremely hard to find, yet so simple, I cannot understand why more apps don't include it. Even in this great tool, it is only partly available.
I simply need to export pictures to a designated spot and have them arranged/organized by date taken in individual folders. In Elements Organizer, it only allows this if you are exporting from an external card/camera, but not from the various locations on your computer. This is a crucial feature for my archiving, and it is the sole reason why I docked off one star as I still have to use another program to accommodate this.
Now that that's out of the way, Elements in itself is amazing. So many Photoshop tools simplified to use without the complicated set-up. It still has a bit of a learning curve, but once I got used to the flow, it was very simple to play with different options to get the most from my photos. Like Google Photos, I also found AI suggestions for imported photos/videos that greeted me each time I opened the program. Great moments with added effects that I may have never thought of. The tutorials are also very simply laid out and informative. I used to have to buy a book to get these tricks!
Removing objects is tricky. If it is a simple background, it's flawless, but once the details kick in, "cloning" becomes harder. Not impossible, but not as simple as they would have you to believe.
Color pops work great, and I am satisfied with the restoration tools.
There was one other issue I can't figure out. When i plug-in my cellphone, it is recognized, but when I try to import, the program simple hangs until given an error. This related to my first paragraph. If this worked, I'd halfway get the feature I desire, but since I have to copy from my phone to PC first, it becomes moot. Phone is unlocked and in the correct transfer mode. Hopefully, this can be patched and repaired.
All in all, I would definitely recommend the program to those looking to "play with" and sort their photos and videos. My desire may be more narrow than most, so I would not let my want get in the way of experiencing the tools this program has to offer. Still very impressed!

Nothing extraordinary to add. It's slick, easy to clean, fast and efficient. The timer is easy to use, and has yet to malfunction.
The cleaning is worth noting since the entire top unit can easily be disassembled and placed in the dishwasher. I've had issues with cleaning and mold in the past due to hard to reach crevices.
The only downfall is actually the greatest addition. The filtration system. It does work. Coffee does seem to be more flavorful using unfiltered water. The downside is the filter has to be replaced every month. Another expense. I didn't downgrade the rating because the coffee maker works just fine without it.
Great coffee maker, plain and simple!

This monitor is advertised as a basic, bare bones monitor for "daily usage." At that, it is great. Vivid colors, great response and sharp picture. Handles email, spreadsheets and video with no issues, and great clarity.
Though it has modes for movie, game, etc. I found it quite average once demanding applications were used. Pixels became evident, blur became evident, and the blacks and grays were washy.
BUT, as mentioned, it is not advertised to handle this, so these were just bonus tests.
Viewing angle is great. Testing from all sides, and it does provide great images from all sides. It is also very bright. I was easily able to work in the daylight with little issue.
Here's where the monitor truly loses the star in the rating. In comparison with other monitors in this range, there are a few features I'm surprised are not included. A simple set of speakers is one. Not a big deal for a desktop as I typically use a sound system, but when I plug in the laptop, it would be nice to have the sound come from the source. Second, there is no IR compatibility. Being this is a larger monitor, I tend to sit further away. It would be nice to use a remote to turn on/off vs. manually touching. Which leads into the last issue...the auto sensing. While on, the auto sensing works well, but if you connect two active sources, there is no way to physically switch besides manually clicking the button on the bottom. Auto sleep works well if, and only if, the source goes completely dark. If there is a slight trace of power(some sleep modes) it will not turn off. Another reason why remote service would have been great.
Ah well, overall it works as advertised, and I still give a recommendation, but for a bit more, you can get higher resolution and some missing functionality...if you're looking for the extras.

I got this for my wife as she has been on a mission to correct her posture. While this won't "fix" your posture, it helps to create habits. Set-up and the walk through was simple, and went through without a hitch. My wife has tried the chair cushions, the shoulder straps, etc. This is actually helpful because unlike those other "gizmos" this is more like a workout. And the notifications make it harder to cheat. So far so good. While I would complain about the use of the reusable sticky back, there are plenty in the box and being that they claim results in 2 weeks, the short use nature is fine for intervals.
Not a lot more to add. I like it, my wife likes it, and we hope the habits stick!

My review is more like 3 1/2 stars but since the machine, itself" is great, I rounded up.
This replaced a second generation Roomba that was near and dear to my heart for many years.
When first ran the ION, I was disappointed. It missed a room, it became stuck at least twice, and it repeatedly had trouble finding the dock. I checked online if this was normal, and saw several times that the machine needs to run a few times to get "adjusted." So, I did just that, and now, I'm definitely impressed.
It runs like a tank climbing over fan bases, scales, etc. You still need to move cables, clothes, and light rugs, but that's to be expected.
I purposely spread some light crumbles around to see if it would get them all, and it was like Pacman...every last one.
One of the most surprising features is the sound. In comparison to my Roomba, this is basically silent. Besides the occasional bumping into corners, you can forget it's even running. Suction is great. We have very little carpeting and fast dust accumulation, so when we run it, the cup always has content.
Having the dock is great and my daughter loves watching it works its way into the "parking space." Battery is amazing. I can hit my whole place, on MAX setting, and still have 40% battery left when completed.
If the review were to stop here, we'd be golden, but I have to get into the issues...
The app is a mess. Though it is limited in functions the functions don't run smoothly, if at all. Now, if this was an "extra feature" I could shake it off, but this is emblazoned as a major feature along with smart integration.
Firstly, the app constantly crashes. If often doesn't affect the cleaning cycle but it is irritating when trying to check progress. You are supposed to be able to switch cleaning modes remotely(Eco, Normal, Max), but when you press the button on the app...crash. So if I want Max mode, I have to be there and manually press the button on the vac. Not the most cumbersome, but a letdown when it is supposed to have this function.
The scheduler has too many steps. For instance, when you start a schedule, it asks whether you'd prefer morning, afternoon, or night, and no matter which you pick, it displays 5:30am as the start time. Why ask? Just skip straight to the time. Maybe it asks for mode purposes, but I haven't noticed. Once you set the timer, it always displays an AM start time. I have to go back and double check it several times. And even on the final page, it still shows AM. It isn't until it's set, that you see the real start time. Frustrating.
The biggest letdown is the smart home integration. It simply doesn't work. I have Google and Alexa, and they both consistently say "Your Shark isn't connected."The Shark name isn't even in the Home list. I had to do a workaround to get it linked. Still failed. The skill was in Alexa's database, which gave some hope. But as soon as you ask...same thing. This apparently has been an ongoing issue for months. Well, as of writing this review, it still is.
If you are looking for a great robot vac, I still would recommend, but if you are heavily reliant on the remote capabilities, I would wait until they sort the "bugs" out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've owned a lot of "indoor, smoke free, nonstick" grills over my lifetime. Most were much more hype than result, often falling well short of expectations.
This grill is another story. Right out of the box, I went right at it. Grilled lamb, chicken breasts, burgers, and pork chops. I do a lot of meal prepping, so it's very helpful to be able to cook in batches. This grill has cut my time prepping in half.
The grill does indeed sear, and all the drippings fall directly into the pan below. The grill plate can be tricky to completely clean because of the grooves, but the included brush helps.
As for the other features, I have only tried the air crisping feature. It works great. I would even say it crisps better than my Cuisinart air fryer, in terms of texture. The only downside is the time can be daunting at first glance. There is a pre-heat timer, and then actual cooking time. Luckily, all of my tests on the crisper cooked a bit faster than the directions noted, so we were snacking in no time. This included crinkle cut fries, sweet potato fries, tater tots and chicken nuggets. All turned out fantastic.
Mentioned before, but I want to reiterate, cleaning is relatively simple and easy. the drippings pan rinsing out with little effort.
Also, as claimed, I have yet to notice any smoke which is unbelievable when you see how much "mileage" I've been putting on it.
My next challenge will be corn on the cob. Can't wait. I also will be purchasing the other accessories to try dehydrating and the griddle.
The only negative I have is that if you are doing batches, and allow the grill to turn off for even just 2 minutes, you may have to go through another pre-heating cycle. Not detrimental, but can be irritating at times. Also, to add on to timer, I wish it had a midway alarm. Some meats require you to flip during cooking. So far, I haven't noticed a setting where I can be warned halfway during time, so I just set an alarm through Google. There may be a setting, but I haven't discovered it yet.
Other than that, what a great grill! Definitely recommend to those who ove grilled foods without all the setup/breakdown hassle.

I've had several pairs of the "true freedom" type of headphones, but so far these are not only my favorite in this type, but they're becoming my favorite go-to headphone, period.
A major issue with sets in the past is too little control on the actual headset. If I want to make changes on-the-fly, I'm forced to go to my phone and/or an app which often defeats the purpose of "true freedom."
These have all the features, including rewind, right on the unit. Yes, the learning curve takes a bit longer, but it is well worth it when I'm trying to keep a steady rhythm. I'm still trying to gauge the perfect pressure for the touch/tap, but this hasn't been an issue and I'm getting better at it.
The build is solid, and they really do stay in place. Even with jerky movements like martial arts, I never have to readjust.
The case is also a great bonus in being that it can output power to other USB devices. So, I can charge my headphones and give my phone a jump at the same time. Having an extra power pack is always welcome.
As for sound, they exceed my expectations. I don't expect Bose technology, but I'm getting well more than I bargained for. With the EQ built into the headset, I can match-up a different setting for music types, and they all sound great.
Being that these sit deep in the canal, the "all hearing" mode has been a necessity in certain environments and surroundings. With a few taps, I can keep aware of happenings. This is great for running through the city.
There are two reasons I dropped a star, and they both are common issues that I have had with these types of headphones in general. If you are watching videos, there is a noticeable audio lag from screen to headphone. Other standard bluetooth headphones don't typically have this issue, so I thought it was just an issue with different brands. No, it has been with most of these sets. Some video encoders work better than others.
The other is a big issue and hard to replicate. At any given time, in certain locations, the headphones just cut off. I turn them on, battery is good, connection is good. I start music, and they cut off again. This problem is not exclusive to these headphones, and it is very irritating when it happens, which is few and far between. Usually, I have to reset the bluetooth connection and /or restart my phone and I'm back in business. So far, this has happened once with these. Not terrible, but even once can be worrisome.
Other than those issues, this is a great headset, and so far, I am thoroughly impressed. Hopefully the quality continues to stay high with usage.

This PowerDolphin Wizard water drone has a 4K UHD camera that captures stunning footage and quickly switches between above and underwater modes.

How deep can this go underwater. The add says the “SONAR” can detect up to 230 ft but nothing is stated about how deep the drone itself can go.

It doesn't. It comes with a "sensor" that attaches to the bottom and that does the measurements and sends the result back to the viewing device.

Easily manage your home automation system while you're on the go with this Logitech Harmony 915-000238 hub, which allows you to control up to 8 connected devices via a compatible Bluetooth-enabled Apple® iOS or Android smartphone.

Do I have to get this in order to use my Alexa Echo to control my smart TV and lights? Or can the Alexa Echo control these things without the Harmony Home Hub.

if you are just looking to turn them on and off you could connect them each to a smart plug and Alexa can control them once connected. The lights can even be dimmed. If you are looking for full control of your TV, and it does not have Alexa built-in, the hub will be your best bet in order to make everything work coherently in sync.

So for one thing, I want to connect this to my TV. So I understand that it should work with a TV but will it connect to a fan? I already have a google home but I just need to make my TV and fan voice command

If it is a standard fan, you would just need to connect it to a smart plug. That plug can then be connected via voice command to your Harmony hub. Then you could control both with the hub.

Bring the sounds of the movies to your home with these Sony Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers. The compact size fits neatly on top of your existing tower speakers for an easy way to upgrade your sound system. Mica-reinforced cellular cones reduce distortion, while the MDF cabinets absorb vibrations for better playback. These Sony Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers offer surround sound capabilities for an immersive listening experience.

Hi, Can these be used on their own (without other speakers) for sound for a small room?

Yes. I connected them to a mini-amplifier and the sound would easily fill a small room. Just be sure the amplifier can provide ample wattage. I believe these speakers can take up to 100W each.
