Works flawless with xfinity/Comcast internet service. Just plug it in and go to xfinity website to get it going.

Does this come completely ready to install, or are there connection cables sold separately I need to be aware of? Thanks!

Comes ready to go unless your internet provider is a cable company, then you need to get a coax cable to go from your wall cable outlet to this router.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO PLUG INTO THE BACK OF MY COMPUTER TO CONNECT BY WIRELESS TO THIS ROUTER?

To connect wirelessly which is called WiFi, you don't connect anything to your computer. Your PC has a built in wireless adaptor.
