Cold rinse option?

Is there am option to rinse in cold? I only see one option for choosing temp during was stage but rinse is always hot regardless if cold is chosen as a wash.

Trying to figure out what the hourglass on the screen means? Can't find anything in the manual thanks

It's loading, detecting balance and weight of your load so it can determine how much water and what temp it needs etc
