What's great about it: Screen size
What's not so great: Price somewhat high
The best thing about this tablet is the screen size. It is very easy to read e-mails and browse the internet. The battery life is also very good. I would recommend this tablet to anyone looking for something bigger than the 7 inch screen.

why can I not open downloads

If I enter to view a bill or insurance info it downloads it but tells me "cannot open" this is for pretty much all downloads. Is there a setting i'm missing
If the download is a PDF file, you need to download and install Adobe reader on your tablet. You can install this from the Google play store, just search for it. Then you will be able to view and open any file that is a PDF format. If the download is a Word or Excel document, you won't be able to open it.
