Docking stand is much better than using the little pull out feet on the monitor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How does the stand charge the computer?

If the stand doesn't come with an AC charger, how does it charge the computer? I assume you use the AC charger that comes with the computer? What's the purpose of the magnetic pogo pin connector (to hold the computer in place on the stand)?
The stand did not come with an AC charger.

The magnetic pogo pin connector just holds the computer in place on the stand.
