The activity monitor is helping to keep my goals in making 2016 a healthier more active year. I am also finding out that my battery consumption is running between 45 and 50% per day.
If you utilize the apple eco system to its fullest extent this is a nice addition.

I hooked up my iSimple in my truck for safer driving and to provide more hands free driving. The head unit I have in my vehicle is a circa 2002 Alpine CD player (the one where the whole face flips down so you can insert a CD).
I had already extended the RCA jacks for AUX out to the proper connector for the iSimple so it was just a matter of placement of the remote mic and the button on the dash. Once everything was installed I plugged a 6" rockfish lightening cable in my iPhone 6+ and in the USB port provided my iSimple to keep the phone charged. Paired the iPhone with iSimple (no issues). Ensure volume on the iPhone was all the way up, selected AUX on the Alpine and the audio was crisp and clear and good enough for driving.
A couple of days later I received a phone call while driving, the audio of what I was playing from my iPhone paused and I heard the ringtone for the caller. Answered the call and at the end of the conversation I asked how did I sound because this was the first time I got to test the hands free. The response was It sounded like I had the caller on speaker phone. Not bad for driving down the freeway at highway speed in a 2001 Dakota Pickup.
"Hey Siri" commands work perfect when no music is generated from the iPhone as well as when pressing the button iSimple when music is being played to issue Siri a command.
I am pleased with my purchase and am enjoying hands free operation of my phone and gained my phones mapping function telling me where to go when I am not sure. :)

bluetooth connectivity

my headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?
make sure that you only have one bluetooth device active while pairing or it will cause issues.
