I needed a way to advance my PowerPoint screens when making presentations using a projector and my laptop. The Targus remote does a great job in doing this. I also like the built-in laser pointer, which I use to highlight key things on the screen. It also has a handy built-in location on the remote for storing the wireless communicator when not in use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

does it work with large led monitor?

Yes. I use my Targus Remote to advance the images on my PowerPoint presentations on my laptop. Often, instead of using my LCD projector, I will attach my laptop to a large LCD or LED TV screen, using my HDMI cord. The Targus Remote advances my PowerPoint presentations just as well as it does when I am using my LCD Projector. You see, the Targus has nothing to do with how the image gets to the screen. It simply advances which screen your computer is displaying, so as long as the LED screen can receive an image from your computer, you're good to go.
