What's great about it: Image is sharp, and very clear.
What's not so great: Sound is average and it doesn't tilt on it's stand
Overall a great buy for the price. Very good image. Very usable sound. Small size fits in small area over my computer monitor. Plenty of inputs for a very compact 19" TV.
This product has... Easy to set up, Great value and features for the price, Right number of connections, Easy to use remote control

I live in Hyattsville, MD. I bought my Insignia - 19" TV from College Park, MD. I have tried to scan channels several times. Each time I scan, I get a different group of channels. The last time I scanned, I got many of the channels I wanted except I couldn't get Channels 9 (CBS;WUSA), 50 (WDCW), 20 (WDCA), and of course their digital subchannels. Now I see that I am no longer getting the WJLA digtal channel MeTV, when I had it when it first scanned! Why is this happening, and do I need something special to keep these channels connected? (I happen to have an HD antenna that helped me get the few channles I have.)
Sounds like marginal reception or interference with your antenna. I am assuming you are using "over-the-air" reception, which can be marginal away from large cities. If it were me, I would get an HD omnidirectional digital antenna. I really think your aiming or antenna type needs something better.
