Where can I purchase the different filters for my Shark Professional?

Check manual and get the model for the filter then order them online. A quick google search for the filter number will get you some options. Best Buy doesn’t sell them in store:

Are you supposed to replace the filter under the canister as well as the small flat round one underneath or do you rinse them with warm water and wait for them to dry???

Manual says you can rinse them but mine needs replaced as I cannot get the fine particulates out, appears clogged.

My vacuum suddenly is making a high pitched noise when I use it. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you I know how to fix it?

Someone probably removed the front lower HEPA filter.
