I am looking for a softwear like team viewer to be able to go into my nephews computer from my house to help him when he has problems. He is "challenged" but sharp, and I get questions I am unable to answer with driving 15 miles to his house. I had team view, but it got hacked so I deleted it from both computers.

LogMeIn has a free version that we use extensively for work. The price is right, and it's secure.

purchased 09-03-14. attempted to use 09-04-14. won't work. put in new battery. won't work. computer WIN 7 and currently using logitech wireless mouse mrby 125. can't see a reset button. am I supposed to download a new driver or something? Defective mouse?

Try loading the unified drivers and adding the mouse to it once you do. It's possible that the "affinity" got messed up, and it no longer recognizes the dongle.
