What's great about it: Sound
What's not so great: Noise reduction is non-existent.
These headphones sounded great but I bought them for the noise reduction. On the plane you could still hear the roar of the plane. I was very disappointed.

will these work on ipod touch?

Yes they work on IPOD but they were an extra drain on the battery and the noise reduction was non-existent.
