We have had this about 30 days so far and it has not disappointed. We still aren't sure where the actual power button on the TV is located, but the remote does the trick. It was easy to setup and the picture is impressive. We haven't watched true 4D on it yet but did purchase the Sony 4D Blu Ray player and we can tell a huge difference. We watch a lot of Blu Ray, Direct TV and Netflix on it. It was the right size for us in our media room and I'm excited to have it calibrated soon to have the picture customized. My son uses it for XBox and is thrilled with the graphics. When we hooked up the Wii, it pointed out the graphic shortcomings. When we compared the picture to the Samsung and Panasonic, we were sold. If you are looking in the store, make sure they don't have a regular HD next to the Ultra. It makes it difficult to compare like capabilities. We almost selected the Panasonic but the picture on the Sony sold us.
We don't use the TV volume so I cannot speak to the sound. Overall, we are very pleased and would purchase it again.

What's great about it: organization is excellent and easily modified on the fly, quiet, LARGE, well lit and door design is a bonus
What's not so great: kids dirty hands, not easy to fill a pot from the water dispenser
We purchased this with our new home knowing that we wanted to maximize the storage in the main fridge. I'm hopeful that we won't even hook up our second fridge because this is so large. There is a slight hum when the unit kicks in that you can hear if the room is quiet. It creates a TON of ice between the top and bottom units, so be careful not to accidentally turn on the lower ice maker unless you want/need it. We haven't yet filled it to capacity.
This looks beautiful in the kitchen and I'm so pleased we did not go with a countertop depth fridge. This doesn't stick out much at all and because Samsung puts the stainless on the sides of the door, it looks great where it does.
I cannot speak to longevity yet as we've had it about a month.

What's great about it: easy setup, speed of connection
What's not so great: seems expensive and kind of big
Needed something to assist with boosting the signal to my study and my media room b/c the wireless access point from AT&T wasn't doing it. This is performing very well and has given me the opportunity to connect my kids phones and devices only to the new network name. They are happy, I'm happy. Oh, and using the same password as an option was a huge bonus. I'd get this again in a second.
This product has... Fast connection, Reliable connection
About me... Budget Conscious, Heavy media streamer, kids who use lots of bandwidth!

What's great about it: Great directions, deep/clear/rich sound, small size
What's not so great: wires- but that's not their issue
Purchased these speakers when I was supposed to be buying a sound bar. New house didn't have wiring in the walls of the 2-story family room and we weren't interested in tearing into them. Hooked it up to a relatively old Marantz receiver and have been very impressed. Deep bass will shake the house for sure. Crisp highs and lows. Center speaker provides easily understood narration. I rarely have to repeat lines in movies to my wife. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
This product has... Right size for my space, Good build quality
About me... practical, Audiophile, Tech savvy, cheap unless convinced

What's not so great: that ending song... (but you can turn it off)
Have had since the end of August and zero issues. Great dryer and it's fast. Huge capacity. Steam function is amazing and I haven't cracked out the iron since we bought it. Don't pull items out of the steam dry early or you may find them damp. We are very pleased with the purchase.

What's great about it: quiet, efficient, effective, steam feature, white price
What's not so great: the way pricing is shown for colors. Save $100 and get white folks!
We purchased these in late August and Best Buy did a great job with install and delivery was right on time. They are very easy to use and the steam feature is amazing. There is a ton of space in them and the clothes come out clean and fresh.
This product is or has... All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out

is this platinum finish or regular stainless?
Ours is stainless. you can test by using a magnet.

I have a RO system supplying water to the refrigerator. Can I remove the filter permanently?
Should I just remove the filter or is there a special procedure
There should have been a white knob / plug that came with the fridge. Replace the filter with that and you shouldn't have an issue.

can the ice maker in the freezer be turned off?
Yes. Both ice makers can be shut off independently. Just tap the ice button on the control panel above the water and you will see the Ice lights either turn on or off. Just tap it, don't hold the button. You will cycle through some combinations until you find what you want.
