Is it USB or headphone Jack or both?
It is an headset plug. Also there is a headset-microphone extension so you do not have to plug it into the back every time

does this have a nonglare/matte screen? thanks
No, however, my wife just bought this screen a few weeks ago for her designing computer and she is in love with it. I would visit the store and check it out in person
