I bought a set of these for a user, they have been very happy with them. The VESA mount and input options were a good match for what we needed, the "thinness" was a bonus.

We have been using these for additional storage in laptops that are cost-prohibitive to upgrade. These cards are faster than our readers so performance seems great for such a small device.
There are several packaging configurations of these cards, some don't include a full sized SD card adapter so pay attention to that when you are shopping if you need one.

I bought this for an iPad project at work and I'm really impressed with the design, build quality, and AMAZING battery life in this extremely thin computer. I'm not using it for 3D animation or CAD modeling so my requirements are pretty minimal but it is very responsive and hasn't given me any problems. It is (obviously) OSX so that takes some getting used to for a 20+ year Windows user like myself but the hardware is fantastic. It is refreshing to buy a new computer and NOT have it full of bloatware and trial versions of software so Kudos to Apple for that.

Why doesn't the mini usb plug fit into the mouse?
If you are using the micro USB cable provided just make sure it is face-up and going straight in. The port is somewhat skewed due to the shape of the front.

Is this mouse's battery rechargeable?
Yes, there is a micro USB connector in the front of the mouse and it comes with a cable. You can even use the mouse while it is plugged in.

What are the different classes I see and what will work best with windows 7,8,and 8,1?
The class is a measure of data transfer speed. Compatibility with Windows is determined by the reader you use so see try to get more info on that. In general SD cards are broken down into SD (<2GB), SDHC (4-32GB), SDXC (64GB+) so if your reader can read one 32GB card it should do fine with another but there may be a maximum size that it can communicate with i.e. it may not be able to use a 64GB card even if it is from the same manufacturer and series as a 32 it has no problems with.
