No function keys. Keyboard is great with IPad but keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth. I have to leave it on always to avoid disconnections

Great wireless device that plays with any kind of music device with easy setup. The battery last for several days and need only to be charged once. I will recommend this device to anyone. People think dr. Dre headphone is the best, they are wrong. This Bose wireless headphone is unique is Sound quality and you can clearly distinguish each instrument played in a song. The bass, and tremble is good.

This wireless Bluetooth headphone will connect to any device that support Bluetooth. You just have to follow the manuals for your toys.

Is there an airplane mode for the AE2w if you want to listen to music on an IPad Also is there a jack lead to plug it into the aircraft system

Use the cable that comes with the device. Airplane mode can be enabled on your phone and not the wireless headphone.

No. Rook 2 or your your router does not support Bluetooth function. I will recommend Roku three which comes with headphones .

Is the lithium ion battery user replaceable?

I would prefer to replace it myself as opposed to sending my headphones away.
Sign up with bestbuy geek warranty which is easier to go out to the store and have them change it for you.

Can the bose bluetooth wireless headphones work with a Kindle Fire HD?

Yes it should work only if your kindle device supports Bluetooth capabilities then you will have to follow your kindle manual on how to enable the Bluetooth function and follow the Bluetooth headphone manual on how to pair both devices . Simple stuff!

How do you pair the Bose AE2w headphone with a Samsung smart

Follow the instructions on the Bose manual. I paired my samsung phone by enabling Bluetooth and press the play and + button on the wireless headphone at the same time to connect both devices. At this point the phone will recognize your Bluetooth headphone.

The only way it will work if your device had a Bluetooth capability and you will have to follow the instructions on the headphone manual.
