While looking for a replacement for a microwave we stumble upon this product. We wanted to cut using the big stove oven to bake few small items like biscuits and diner rolls and works just great. Not designed for heavy baking but for our needs is just perfect. The main difference using a conventional oven and this one is that the baking time. Most of the food instructions are for conventional ovens. In other words in some items if not all you'll need to use lower temperature and shorter baking time. Overall we're really happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can this microwave be built in.

I have a 24" wide microwave base cabinet, but the opening to slide in the microwave is just 20" wide. The cabinet is 2' deep, so there would be quite a bit of empty space behind it.
Don't think will be suitable to be built in unless it's a bit heavy and tall. As far as the width you're right on the mark but the oven has air circulation openings on the bottom part left side and not sure if this works for you

Oven Temps?

What kind of features does the oven have? I can't see in the picture how you select the temp and how high will it go? Also what is the dimentions of the oven itself for cooking size?
The oven has several pre-set temperature ranges. You press the bake button and every time will show you different temperatures to choose from. When you find the one you need you then enter the time and start.

Is the pizza oven a convection type?

I'm thinking that it does in a way. I'm assuming it has an electric heating element but whenever it's operating a fan is always running blowing air. After you're done baking the fan keeps running on and off for few minutes to cool down.

What diameter of pizza can this accomodate?

The square pan on the oven part measures 12" X 12" it's close to 2" high
