On a "open box" laptop is there a factory warranty on the product?
The warranty should still be in place and the product is protected normally anywhere between 90 days to a year.

Not to take and make calls independently. It would have to have something to pull from such as a 3 or 4G tablet or phone.

can i use this smart watch with my samsung S4 at uruguay? I bought my S4 in Uruguay ' Movistar
Not sure, but it should. As long it can be paired with the phone, it shouldn't be an issue.
