All or nothing?

Does the reader automatically transfer all data on the media card to your computer or am I able to only transfer selected data? For example if I have 100 pictures on the card, but only want to transfer 5 or 10, am I able to do that?
No this card reader does not automatically transfer data to your PC. You will have to do it yourself, so yes you can pick and choose what to transfer.

How much record time do you get with the memory card?

Roughly 3 hours of 1080p video. Less if in 4k.

What is the Pixtor line?

and how does it compare to the Extreme and Extreme Plus lines? The specs sound good, but not sure how it compares.

Also, why is Pixtor not on the Sandisk web site? Seems odd.
This card is equivalent to the Sandisk Ultra plus line in terms of performance and speed.
