It does hold a camera with a 200mm lens attached. It does have a tendency to lean out too far if you only wear a belt to holster it, it needs more help in that I don't want to use the shoulder strap way as that is where I want my other camera

When it say Backup plus slim for Mac 1tb External USB...is this for a Mac computer or can this be used with a PC computer?
You would have to reformat your drive for Windows it can be done on your computer out of the box it is formatted for Mac but you can change it if you need to it should work fine
