I love this device. It is the best wireless streaming device for a TV as long as you want to stream media content to your TV. The only downside is that you can't stream your Windows desktop.

Insignia™ - Soundbar with Bluetooth - Black Model: NS-SB314

I have a 50" Panasonic Viera TV in a small Living Room. Although the picture is fantastic, the sound is muffled. Would this sound bar be compatible with such a large TV?
Also, is the size of the sound bar determined by the size of the room or the size of the TV?

This soundbar is compatible with almost any TV on the market today, so in your case that's not an issue, however as far as the soundbar size if it is enough that will be determined by the size of the room where you are planning to use it. I can tell you from my experience with this soundbar that for a small livingroom it is ok but if you have a larger room than you might want something more powerful.

I have a 27" tv the sound is not really good on low voices I want to buy something to enhance the volumn so I can hear that is being said

Sure, you can use this soundbar with technically any TV on the market today. It has all the necessary inputs for that.

This sound bar it has 4x inputs: 1. Optical cable, 2. 2.5mm Jack connector, 3. Dual RCA connector and 4. Bluetooth connection. So most likely your tv it has at least one of this outputs but most likely more.

Sure, microSD is the memory format which the Samsung S5 uses so any microSD card will work.
