What's great about it: So far so good
What's not so great: It's the same Brand & model that I had prior....
I had a Sharp prior to this one for a little over a year, exact model. It The interior paint/moulding/covering began to 'bubble around the edges of the interior of the microwave. However, when I would wipe it out the 'bubbling/raised parts of the interior' would be hard. It eventually began to peel & the parts would be in food & microwave & eventually metal was displayed of which made the microwave spark, etc. Called Sharp to the response of they never heard of it doing that. I pulled the plug, went to Best Buy to get another & the only reason I have the same identical one is due to the fact they had very few in stock at that time & I didn't need a large microwave, thus bought another Sharp in different color...... Taking it one day @ a time...
This product is or has... i actually do not care what the microwave has at, this juncture for the last one of same model &, brand only lasted a year...
About me... do not cook, service for one

What's great about it: I'm a huge fan of Eminem & this CD, Recovery', is great!!
What's not so great: Nothing
While purchasing another item from Best Buy, I saw this & since I'm an avid fan of Eminem's music & even have "Not Afraid" as my ring tone on my cell decided to get the CD.......... It's awesome! As a fan of hiphop & rap along with Eminem, I couldn't go wrong...... :)

What's great about it: Inexpensive little phone that the quality as a whole is excellent. Perfect for what I use it for...
What's not so great: Nothing
I have handheld phones in basically every room including bathrooms. My kitchen isn't that large, however, it seems the phone rings when I'm there sooooo I bought this little phone for a reasonable price, plugged it into the jack & wala'........ Perfect fit for what I wanted & clarity is excellent!

Actually, my cable provider who set up my television utilized their 'own' connections. Therefore, I didn't use this one, however, was advised to keep it on hand for possible potential use in the future..... Great price & meets the specifications that the pros' use.....:)

Is there a light inside of the microwave? Does it come on when you open the door?
Yes, there's a light somewhere. It is only on while cooking something in it 'not' when door is open.....

why doesnt the zero button work??
BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO LIVES 300 MILES AWAY ..SHE CANT PUT IN 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE ZERO BUTTON SAY KITCHEN TIMER ON TOP OF BUTTON AND WHEN SHE PRESSES IT TIMER COMES ONNOT THE ZERO SHE NEEDS..CALLED SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID THE R-309YK SERIES DOESNT HAVE A BUTTON THAT SAYS KITCHEN TIMER..I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE IT WAS SIMPLE THE PICTURE OF THE CONTROLS DOESNT SHOW KITCHEN TIMER WORDING ABOVE THE ZERO BUTTON..NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON BUT THIS IS NOT THE MICROWAVE PICTURED..WOULD LIKE THE ZERO BUTTON WITHOUT THE KITCHEN TIMER ON IT..
I actually do not use majority of the features. I set the 'clock' & then only use the 'popcorn' button; the '30 second' button & also use the 'numbers' to cook Lean Cuisine frozen dinners which is usually 7 minutes... My zero does work & just push 700 .... I just looked at my book & says I have 1) Display; 2) Auto Cook; 3) On Touch Cook; 4) Defrost; 5) Time Set Pad; 6) Power; 7) Clock; 8) Stop/Clear;; 9) Start/+ 30 Seconds. As mentioned, I only use a few of those... Sorry I couldn't be of more help, however, as a suggestion perhaps have a handyman or friend of hers take it back & get a simpler one..... Good Luck.....
