I bought this for my daughter to have as a companion/pet. It is really neat. The main ball it super sturdy, made of thick plastic. You would have to hit this really hard to try and break it. The head unit is a little more fragile.
You can control it manually with your smart device or you can let it explore and map an area on its own. It even has a special mode so when you watch the latest Star Wars it can interactive with the movie.
The droid has a little of a personality of its own that makes it seem alive.
For those whos like programming, there are other apps out there to program the little guy to do what you want it to do.
I got the one for my daughter when it was on sale for around $100. It was definitately worth it. Everyone who sees it thinks its really neat and cute. Only thing I can say that is close to negative, is that the head unit's rollers get dirty from lint and dust really quick. You have to clean it quit often or the head does not move properly on the ball unit.
Great little device/droid for any Star Wars fan or just anyone looking for a cute little pet/companion.

Clock to 1866 Mhz with ease. Works great on my MSI Z87-G45 gaming motherboard.

What's great about it: Vivid colors and smooth motion
Looked at dozens of LCD and LED TVs. I wasn't really looking to get a 3D, but the dual core processor inside not only works for the 3D, but makes the 2D that more smoother. This TV has vivid color, bolder and brighter than most I've seen. the Black areas of a picture look black, not washed out. $699 (at Best Buy) for a 46" LED TV with this picture quality, 3D and smooth motion is an awesome deal.

What is the width of the base stand? I want to set this on a Bose Solo TV sound system.
What is the width of the base stand? The product information says the depth of the base stand is 9". I would like to set this on top of the Bose Solo TV Sound System, and the specifications for the Bose Solo are that the TV base stand cannot be greater than 10" deep and 20" wide.
The base is 20" wide and 9" deep. Most of the 9" is towards the front of the TV. The base does not swivel/twist.
