I like the TV mount overall. Easy to assemble and mount to a wood framed wall. Appears to be very sturdy(neither me nor my 28 yr old son could shake it once we had everything tightened down).
We had to remove it once (you will need to make a hook from a coat hanger to release the top locks) to adjust a cable and we found that doing the opposite of what the instructions say works better. Instead of tilting the TV backwards to hang, we found it easier to lean it forward, get the bottom clips under the track and then lean the top toward the wall. You will hear and feel the locks on top snap into place.

One other suggestion I have is to use the spacers regardless of the TV back. There is very little room to reach in and tighten the adjustment screws to lock the TV in place. The spacers definitely helped even with our flat back LG TV. Check out the picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this easy to get your tv on and off of? I want to keep on the wall in my office- and take down two to three times a month to take to events. Thank you!

Not too difficult with 2 people. You will need to make a hook from a coat hanger to release the top locks. Once you release the locks you can remove it very easy.
