This Sony Soundbar is awesome! it delivers clear and concise sound with a surround sound affect that is surprisingly nice considering it's from a single source. However, if you're like me and really want to hear a character walking into a room from behind you, then you have the wonderful option to add-on to this system with other Sony wireless speakers. This is add-on can cost you some considerable additional dollars thus, my 1 star reduction. To be fair, I went from a wired surround sound system to this wireless soundbar so my expectations were very high. I had to add the additional speakers to get the sound experience that I was looking for. But this system thoroughly impressed people that came over to my house prior to the add-ons. Post add-ons, they were blown away! I am truly thankful for Best Buy and their open-box items. I got this system and one of my add-ons for a more reasonable price than the Sony Stickershock price.

This AC cools off my 17' by 12' bedroom very well (in about 15-20 mins) but it is very noisy so it was not the best choice for this room. The features are great, like the smart remote temperature connection that allows you to put the remote in the farthest location from the AC and have the AC cool the room completely. The timer feature is also great where you can set the time for the AC to come on and begin cooling your room before you get there and set the time for it to turn off. If it weren't so noisy (in comparison to the LG 8kBTU that I have in the other bedroom), I would give it 5 stars.

I travel for business and get tired of only having one premium channel and 5 ESPN channels to choose from each night in a hotel. Now that I have my Roku, I can watch the premium channels I have at home plus Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc on the hotel TV versus my laptop and iPad screens. Thankful Traveler!

What's great about it: Clearest picture quality of all!
What's not so great: ARC - it either works great or it doesn't work at all
I debated getting a new Sony after my 7yr old 46"Sony started having issues. However the picture quality of a Sony beats all other competitors. The darks are dark and the brights are bright. Daylight or nighttime I can see my picture with the sharpness and detail that established Sony as a leader. My only issue is ARC. I have a Sony soundbar and no matter what sequence of connecting and resetting I do, there seems to be no way to have these two devices recognize each other via ARC properly. So I had to resort to using a fiber optic connection along with my hdmi connector to at least guarantee sound thru the soundbar. However the sound on this tv is better than most I have experienced, (LG, Vizio, Samsung). It actually has good bass and treble and a nice surround sound feature.

What's great about it: No stupid cap to loose
What's not so great: Could use a string connector to hang on key rings
I like the slide in slide out feature of this thumb drive. Keeps the connector safer as it travels around in the bottom of my purse or laptop bag. If it had a connector, it would be connected to my key ring. Guess that will be in the next design.

What's great about it: The picture quality on LG TVs is outstanding
What's not so great: The sound but it's getting better
I have 2 LG LED TVs and also 2 of another brand. The picture quality on my LG's surpass my other more expensive brand of TVs and this one is the best so far with the slim bezel there's nothing but screen! Like most LED TVs the sound is not so great but it is better than my older model LG. But I hooked it up to an LG soundbar and Life's Good again.

Picture settings wont stay.

After i select a scene such as cinema and adjust picture settings, it always reverts back to default settings after 5- 10 minutes. What am i doing wrong? I lock the picture adjustments but it always reverts back to general scene with default settings.
None of the settings on my tv would stay initially as well. It was the floor model. I did a hard reboot of the tv. I read the i-manual to learn how to do this. Unfortunately I can't remember the combination of remote buttons and on the tv buttons to tell you to press however, after the hard reboot, my settings remain in place per connection. Hope this helps you.

Any problems with Lg tvs not used for a few months and being in cold weather on a screened porch, but completely protected?

We recently turned on our tv that is located on a screened porch, but completely protected from the outdoors. The picture is fuzzy. It is not the cable connection. Has anyone experienced problems with their tv not being used for a few months and being in cold weather?
One of my TVs is in a back guest bedroom that I don't heat unless guests come so the room gets cold and the tv is barely ever used. I turned mine on every few weeks to make sure nothing went wrong with it since cold and condensation can do damage to electronics. The picture would start fuzzy but it would clear once it warmed up and the room was kept at a good temp. You may have allowed too much cold moisture to settle if your picture stays fuzzy after 30mins to an hour.
