Sounds very good, with accurate sound unlike bass heavy Bests earphones. Love the fitment opinions. Not sure I get the full advertised 8 hour battery life, but never timed it to be sure though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this thing. It works great for streaming and is very fun for games too. There are not a ton of supported games yet but hopefully more and more add Chromecast support. Screen mirroring is awesome, it works well on my GSIII and GTab S 10.5
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using chromecast connected to an hdmi input in my receiver, can I stream in music from my cell phone to play through my music system?

Yep. There are apps in the Play Store that allow you to stream local content (files stored on your device) to the Chromecast. One example is "AllCast". For streaming apps that support Chromecast just look for the "cast" icon within that app.
