I purchased refurbished phones from Best Buy in the past. They are usually in excellent quality, and function properly. It seems like this phone came from a 3rd party supplier. The phone had dents, dirt, scratches, and the screen was obviously a replacement. There were problems from the start. The phone would randomly shut off, and the audio was really soft on max volume. I tried to return, and was charged $35 restocking fee even as an Elite Plus member. I recommend skipping used phones for now.

I finally decided to give Samsung and android a chance. I have been an Apple user since the iPhone 4. I have a few friends that own Samsung phones, and showed off the open and customizable system. Finally, I decided to try Samsung and was glad I did. The Galaxy S7 looks premium and it can do so many things my other phone couldn't. The screen is fantastic, and by playing around with the ultra power saving mode I am able to manage my battery life to last me a couple of days without charging. The water proof capability is so awesome.

This unit came with a European plug for 240V. This is a bit tricky when you have only one 240v outlet. usually washers are 120v and dryers are 240v. This is strange. I had to get an electrician to install a second 240v outlet. Not worth the haste.

It is great for a small apartment. Keep it in the kitchen and just clean up the floor in seconds. The removable battery concept is awesome. I would recommend buying a spare battery so you can alternate between the two and get more cleaning time.

Dyson is known for their quality, but this stick vacuum had some flaws. The battery doesnt last more than 10 mins. If you are expecting deep cleaning forget about it. This is meant for quick clean ups. A broom would give you similar results. Save your money.

WOW. Why hasn't anyone else thought of having a small door on a front load washer before? The small door helps throw in a forgotten item mid-cycle. If you read online, front-load washers are WAY better than top-load washers. So now there is no reason why not to buy it.

This is the best router for the money for sure. You get a lot of options and settings. The downside is that you need to research what each option does and if it benefits your set up. By default the router might act up and disconnect some devices. Play around and you will be getting the wifi you payed for.

I received this washer yesterday and did two loads in it so far. The problem is when the cycle is done the items are still very wet. I even used the high spin cycle. Also tried the extra spin and they were still wet. Is this a problem with the washer?

Do the Samsung s7 refurbished Verizon phones come with a sim card?
No but you can just switch the sim card from your old phone to this new one.

Hi, is this refurbished phone off or on contract? I'd like to purchase it to keep my off-contract (prepaid) Verizon status, yet at the bottom of the phone description, it says 'an early termination fee of $350 applies". Thanks.
This phone is unlocked. Meaning you can download apps, change settings and use it as a regular cellphone without the phone and text features. To make phone calls and text you need a sim card. You can take the SIM card of your current phone and just insert it on this phone. Your plan will not change. If you have an iphone remember to turn off iMessenger before you switch. If you take it to verizon store they will do all of this but charge you $5-$6.

Is it unlocked?
It is unlocked from the start. Meaning you can turn it on, download apps, and change settings. To use phone feature you need to activate it. I have verizon and it worked perfectly. Just took it to the verizon store.

1.) What kind of warranty do you provide for your refurbished cell phones? 2.) Will you try to transfer files from current phone to refurbished phone?
1) I got a a 90 day return from best buy and a year from Samsung directly.
2)Samsung has a program that lets you transfer all of the files from your previous phone. Even apple. It is really convenient.

Yes, Platinum and White are the two colors. There is a price difference between the two.
