Bad sound when talking.

I use my bluetooth with a motorala 4g. when i talk with friends they say it sound like i'm far away and very hard to hear me and other times all works well. this is my second Plantronics I bought the second for the same reasons I had with the first.Can you help me .Thanks Bob Figuero
The only problem I had was when a call came in I could barely hear them . I called Plantronics and They replaced my unit and the new is just great. There was a hardware issue which they said sometimes happens. Plantronics stands behind their products. Just call them if this happens.
