It does exactly what it says on the tin. Don't think there's any more to say than that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My case has a large air bubble in the liquid that keeps growing every day. This must mean some air is getting in, but I haven't noticed any liquid leaking yet. Has this happened to anyone, & if so, were you able to get a free replacement from Casemate?

You aren't noticing the leak because the liquid isn't water, it's a chemical that evaporates much faster than water. Think like rubbing alcohol. There may be a solvent/chemical smell that you'd notice a little bit.

So I just got this case the other day and it has an air bubble. Does that mean it’s leaking?

If it's an air bubble that wasn't there before then yes, it means it's leaking. Whenever liquid leaks out of something air has to leak in to take up that space. If the bubble has been there all along and isn't getting bigger, then it just means there's a bubble of air trapped in there.

Will it suction to glass if it doesn't attach to my dash? And if not, can I exchange it for one that can?

Yes. It's got a big, sticky suction cup. If the dash isn't smooth then it may not attach there, but it'll definitely attach to the windshield, just flip it the other way around.
