I was hesitant to purchase this washer because of previous reviews stating that it leaves clothes too wet. I have had the washer for 2 months and I have had no issues with it at all. It's a great washer for the money. I like that it doesn't have the agitator in the middle because it's easier to load clothes. It does lock the lid while it's running so you can't add clothes without pausing the cycle. Not a big deal for me. Also, it's a little noisy...sounds a little like a computer printer. I'm very happy with my purchase and would purchase again.

I have had this dryer for about 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. It does a good job of drying clothes and the moisture sensor works well. The only negative thing I can say is that it's a little more noisy than my previous dryer. If you need a very quiet dryer, you might want to look at a different one. For the money, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Stainless Steel Hoses

If I already have stainless steel hoses for my washer, must I buy new ones to go with the
new washer?
I think if you want Best Buy to hook up the washer, then they want you to buy new hoses. The stainless steel hoses are good for around 5 years, so if yours are older than that I would replace them. Don't want to risk them failing. I purchased new hoses from another store because they were cheaper and hooked it up myself. Be careful hooking up hoses to the newer washers...the inlet valves on the newer washers are cheap plastic and can be stripped very easily so be careful not to overtighten the hoses.
