Will this work on a desktop with a wired network connection
I am looking to connect a desktop to wireless printers and also a wireless tv monitor adapter. The desktop already has a wired ethernet connection to the network that I need to keep active. Can you tell me if these two devices can be active at the same time and not cause problems.
Thank you.
That's not really the way you do this and I don't think it can work that way. What you want to do is keep your PC wired only. Get a network router that supports wifi. It will have at least 4 wired ports on it so you can connect your PC to it (just like you do with your existing router). You'll set up your wireless network, then configure your wireless printers to use that wi-fi network. Now, from your PC's point of view, it'll see those printers, just as if they were physically connected to the network.
