I bought this unfamiliar with any type of Apple operating systems. It was extremely easy to learn, just went through the initial set up then played with the settings and within a few days I was very comfortable with it. Only downside is lack of HDMI port, but I bought the adapter so no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This hard drive is great. Very slim and lightweight, also works great. Really easy to use, just plug it in and withing 2 or 3 minutes it works fine.

Doesn't drain your remote batteries like you would think even though it runs on the double A's in your controller. 100% satisfied with my purchase

Can I transfer info on an SD card to drive?

I downloaded the installer.dmg and it doesn't seem to allow me to add my SD content to the drive.
Create a new folder on your desktop, copy what files you want from the SD to the folder. Once that's done unplug your SD card and make sure a copy of the files saved into the folder you created, then transfer to the Flash drive. Hope this helps.
