There is nothing this product can't liquefy- and the individual one at a time smoothie units are simple to use and easy to clean! The only thing that might improve the product would be to make it quieter, at 1500 Watts it sounds like a lawn mower.

I have a blender I can take apart from glass tumbler to wash blade, etc. by hand. Does this blender have a blade that detaches for cleaning?

Yes, the main blade in the Big mixer easily separates for cleaning, and the individual smoothie blade is super easy to clean. Just be careful as these blades are sharp as knives.
